The Process

Meaningful interaction in a team-based environment serves to ensure that the Media Innovation Team consistently cultivates a uniquely innovative understanding of your specific project needs. When combined with your expertise and input, the Team’s award-winning interactive, instructional media, and information technology designers work to ensure delivery of world-class results custom-tailored to meet the needs of your students or target audience.

Development Model

Initially, the MIT will work collaboratively in order to meaningfully clarify your project’s top priority goals and objectives. Subsequently, the Team will review and revise your project structure in order to ensure delivery of exactly what you need and expect.

Web, Multimedia and Application Development
Assess, Compile and Analyze
The Team begins by working with you to help define your overarching project scope, placing special emphasis on your specific goals and objectives. This information is subsequently integrated into an initial project infrastructure.
Design, Present and Revise
After gathering additional data, the MIT develops a project blueprint for your review. As our collaboration progresses, revisions are made based upon your feedback. At this point in the development process the Team’s primary objective is to optimize project quality by ensuring that your expertise and insights are carefully considered and consistently integrated.
Construction
A revised blueprint is brought to life in the form of a working prototype (Alpha version) for your review. Based upon your additional feedback, the Team then develops a second, more refined prototype (Beta edition), which is further evaluated and modified. A rigorous quality control process ensures that every project detail is in its proper place.
Release and Follow up

Upon your approval, the project is rendered in its final form. After project delivery, the MIT will also provide any/all mutually agreed upon post-launch support and training.

Video Production
Planning

Every aspect of your project or event will be carefully examined in order to determine which video production services best suit your specific goals and objectives. Your content will be artfully produced and easily accessible, whether delivered over the internet, on a DVD, in high definition, over broadcast television, or through the utilization of a variety of additional digital video formats.

Pre-production and Production

The Team will work with you to discuss and define each logistical consideration, including space layout, number/positioning of cameras, audio quality, lighting, presentation graphics, and other unique project parameters. On production day, the MIT video crew will arrive early and be ready in advance in order to accommodate minor changes that inevitably arise at the last minute.

Post-production

This intensive stage includes digitizing media and assembling integral elements such as photos, voiceovers, motion graphics, music, and additional footage. Once the MIT has developed an initial project edit, a special review session will enable you to critique your work in progress. After the Team has incorporated all of your recommended changes, it will produce a final project master in the format of your choice. In the event you require duplication services, your approval of the final master will be reconfirmed in advance.
